HP DV6 6107TX Laptop Bricked Trying Unlocked Bios

i downloaded the the install files from this group and the insyde flash app just froze on the screen and than app not working error cam up i restarted the laptop and now there is blank screen with a light flashing on caps lock key laptop fan spins as well i read online and some said make usb and flash the bios via Win+B key methed i tried that as well but i always get this error

Use this tool to prepare an USB Stick then Rename It AS HP_TOOLS and copy
into the Recovery Files extracted from this file :

Then reboot your system from USB Stick to perform Recovery Bios !
