Please make a fully unlocked bios and remove hp stuff (ex. recovery and other bloatware)
Please remove whitelist wifi card and unlock a bios.
Maybe make a mod a bios version in link, beacuse this is a newest version on this notebook. Maybe helped me guys.

Hello! Only sp5**** can moddable, but not all. Your bios is RSA signed and cannot flashed without HW SPI Programmer.
So what have we are in this cause?
Wifi whitelist remains but you can change some hidden options. Look in top thread by author Falseclock. His method can solve some your requests.

I post you after 30 mins bios image with removed whitelist+unlocked hidden tabs . You need flash it via HW SPI Programmer or bring bios image to laptop service/repair, they can do it. Also you must keep bios dump posted above. It contains unique info like UUID, Serial number and WLAN FCC, dont lose it!

Hm, I stucked because cannot find your Wireless bios Module.
Did you get follow text when plugged unstock adapter
"Wireless module not supported
the system has detected a Wireless module installed in system...Wlan Module ID (702).."
