HP Z2 G4 SFF - Add Bifurcation

Hi,
I'm trying to follow the bifurcation guide on win-raid (https://winraid.level1techs.com/t/guide-...slot/32279), but the image I downloaded using CH341 programmer cannot be read by AMIBCP.

The bios lists the PCIe slots but only allows setting PCIE Gen for each, no bifurcation exposed.

Someone mentioned on another thread that these boards might have FDO header that needs to be bypassed.

The motherboard on the Z2 G4 SFF does have FDO printed next to some pins (there's no header, just holes in the board).

I've attached the dump I took using the CH341. I've made two reads and they both match so I'm confident this is a good dump.
