HP Z420 bios unlock mod

I'd like to have an unlocked bios Soni can use Intel XTU to have more features. I am using an e5 1650 v2 I am able to get 4.4ghz overclock on all 6 cores by adding some additional voltage but high volts and low amps isn't what I want. I want more amps and I'm only pulling 130w max I'd like to use 160 or more and if you can't unlock the bios can you edit it to have the short power max window unlimited so I could use that 160w. Thanks.
