To prepare the USB Stick and then rename It as HP_TOOLS

Put into these Recovery files (extract) :

Make more copies and rename as :

01651.SIG

1651.BIN
1651.SIG

01651.FD

1651.FD

7.FD
7.SIG

9.FD
9.SIG

Try again using WIN + B or all 4 Keys up down left right kesy togheter !

Sadly it doesn't work.
> With WIN + B the PC reboot after 10 sec but there are no HDD / USB KEY activity.

I have already read many hours de donovan's tuto. Im sad, im searching on the web but I think there no exist another way to restore.

Hi mate,
All laptops and many Desktops uses the SPI 25 Eeprom Chips and there are
many solutions like CH341A or RaspBerry PI and BusPirate with a CLIP Pomona !
So I can say that normally the CH341A + Clip is a good solution and cheaper but
sometimes cannot write on chip as Motherboard issues so We have to desolder the
eeprom Chip !
But this case is really rare so I think You can buy the CH341A + Clip , look here :
