Help with Cupertino2 bios

Is there a way to mod the bios so i dont have to wait for the 3 beeps before it boot and what about that you have to push f12 (when cold start, dont work with restart) so that i actually will boot at all? Its only when i use the GTX 750ti i have the problem, not with the GT 120 that was in it when i got it, then it works like a normal PC would. Its was born with an AMD HD 6450, but that card has some issues (when its about to show the desktop comes up with a red screen, dont know why). I have installed an i5 2500 in it so want a little more power on the graphics side of things. Maybe i should just get a GTX 660, it has a legacy bios as far as i know. Please help me if you can, would realy love it :-)
