How to change BIOS flash screen - for Pheonix 1.06_ bios

Hi,

I am struggling for about a week to solve this,

I Have a CZC laptop which is provided by my local goverment, When turning on my latop it splahses my state government logo, I thought of modifying my laptop bios to change this screen but i could avail a copy of my laptop bios as the pheonix website does not provide the same. I found a similiar post which answers my query likely but it will not work for me since it was given for Lenovo/Insyde BIOS. See the link below..
