How to dump binary from Insyde Flash Executable

I hope I'm not posting in the wrong thread, but how do I get the bin file from the Insyde flash exe. I was looking everywhere on how to do it, but I can't figure it out.

Run this exe-file on other computer to appear a window with an error.
Don't close it and go %temp% folder.
Find folder with name 7zS2F4A.tmp or similar.
Find Z09.fd file in it.
Copy it to other place and close an error's window.
