Hp pavilion g7-2004er unlock request

Good day to you. Stinky HP & AMD told me "gtfo, you won't be allowed to turn on discrete graphics permanently: driver is obviously cleverer than you".

I have 1 question and 1 possible request:
Question: Will I be able to turn off integrated intel HD graphics card with unlocked bios? (Maybe I dont even need that, but I dont even know what else to do and\or where to write about this problem)

Request: if yes to question above, than please, unlock bios for me. Yeah, I understand that it's RSA signed and I'll do my best trying to flash modded bios in spite of all.
