sorry my in english language not good
i,m upgrading bios to last version (B0CN95WW) , after upgrading to last version my bios is locked
i want change dvmt setting ,but after upgrade not to do this
if any body have B0CN40WW.EXE bios file please attach for me

my bios after flash this file do not break ?
how to can flash this file ? i should put "modified" folder and run flash.bat from boot ? or this file should program to bios with device programmer ?

Hi mate,
Using a Bios Mod from a different user than You will create a Laptop CLONE !
So no tuse that one for your laptop further It's not flashable as Eeprom is Write Protected !
If You read the thread the user know that He has to get the SPI PGM to write the Bios Mod !
So if You need Factory Bios (Original Installer) then You have to find googling as I haven't
found yet !

can you edit bioss.fd for me ? if you can edit this file for change dvmt setting to high or enable hidden menu for me,me replace your modified file inside InsydeFlash.exe and run InsydeFlash.exe for flash this

I need your Firmware Dump to Patch It and then You will rewrite by SPI PGM
the same on Eeprom Chip !
Prepare the Firmware Dump and Upload It here for me !

Your Bios has Eeprom Chip Write Prtotected = Error 280: Failed to disable write protection for the BIOS space!

So Downgrade to version 75 and make again results files !

my current bios version is 75,i think your uploaded file downloaded from lenovo support & download page , i,m installed it later

this file is current bios backup with .bin extention , i,m tested it and reflashed this file via insyde flash utility software correct

i think , you moded this file for me , and me flashed your moded file via insyde flash utility software , All is ok !
so , i think when send mod file from current backup for me , i flashed your moded file via insyde recovery solution

Eventually : i,m flashed your mod file via spi programmer device

Please Use your SPI Programmer and read eeprom chip then upload the Dump
here and I will use that file to prepare a Firmware fro You !
Let me know precisely what do You want :

1. Firmware Original to Recover your laptop
2. firmware Modded to unlock all

P.S. the file You posted is the Original Capsulated firmware to Flash by a Bios utility !
Not usefull for the SPI PGM !!!
