Intel DG45ID: Help needed please

Hi guys,

I need help to add microcode for E5450 into DG45ID motherboard. I have been through many sites without success as it seems that the BIOS is neither AMI, Award or Phoenix. Actually I have a L5420 working fine on this board.

Intel bioses are unfortunately in a unique format , there aren't any tools available to extract and modify them

No worries. i have tried HxEditor or i think that is how it is written. It still didn't work for the E5450 but my L5420 works better now. I will keep you updated if I get a positive result. Until then, wish you all the best.
