I don't know.

Can't downgrade BIOS from 1.35 to 1.28, 1.24 or 1.04. Any attempt to flash BIOS to version lower then 1.35 has BootBlock Emergency Recovery Mode screen. I take BIOS ROMs from HP site, and i don't understand, why this ROMs is corrupted?

From 1.35 to 1.32? and 1.32 to lower...

Q9550 and E8600 supported by HP dc7800 SFF
But I'm not sure that BIOS 1.35 will work with it.

BIOS Down to 1.32, E8600 1076A Install after 1.35 where CPU not loaded.

System Windows 10 x64 LTSB

1. Download FileUnsigner and replace on desktop
2. Download BIOS 1.32 Rev. A
3. Put sp53611.exe on FileUnsigner.exe
4. Start sp53611.exe and unpack
5. c:\swsetup\SP53611\HPQFlash\ start HPQFlash.exe
6. And next next...
7. Install new cpu E8600
8. PC Not loading, but when power off, click cmos button all begin works
9. After check windows was started

So BIOS 1.32 can be flashed as usual.

OK. Download this file and extract all files into bootable USB stick with DOS.
Boot from USB stick with DOS and run FlashBin.exe.
Make & post a photo of a result.

Microcode for CPUID=0x01067A is successfully injected and loaded by BIOS. Its version is 0xA0E, date - 07/29/2015, platform mask - 0xF5.
So this microcode must be used by Core 2 Duo & Xeon.
Now I'm waiting the test with X3363.

What is the best cooler for 80 W, the original and it put a new fan or buy a new cooler completely.
The housing cover no holes. the fan air can capture.
