Lenovo B570 Bios power limit

Can someone let me know if there is a power limit set in the bios I swapped my CPU to a I7 2760qm and when on battery it runs my cpu at 45w but when plugged in i'm limited to 35w so I think the bios has a limit installed.

If so can you remove the limit or set the limit to 45w

Contact DeathBringer, he's good with CPU stuff, and I see you posted this in unlocking requests instead of CPU Support Upgrade Requests, so he's probably not going to look at it unless you @ him.
