I got told that bios backups are for that specific pc, but on personal experience when i was a n00b, i used someone elses Z580 with WL removed and everythings working good, the SN etc is the same as mine so yeah, you should be able to flash every B590 with that image.

I think i will write a little tutorial on what i learned about bioses, how to flash them, and all the tools that can be helpful on the unlocked phoenix bios threat. (something for people who are all new to bios mods)
