Here, I give a modded BIOS for those systems with some additions:
300 Series: 320-14IKB, 320-14ISK 80XG, 320-15IKB (Type 80XL, Type 80YE), 320 Touch-15IKB (Type 80XN), 320-15ISK, 320-17IKB (Type 80XM), 320-17ISK, 320-15ISK Laptop (ideapad) - Type 80XH
500 Series: 520-15IKB (Type 80YL)
B Series: B320-14IKB
V Series: Lenovo V320-17ISK, V320-17IKB (Type 80AH)
**Included in this mod:**
- Updated Realtek UNDI driver
- Red Lenovo boot logo:

A GOP driver update was also available, but this made the screen rotated in the other direction. This is why I won't upgrade that.
So go ahead and give your 2017's laptop's BIOS a  better life!
