Hi all,
I am looking for a mod fora Lenovo T520 that will allow the use of the Intel Dual Band Wireless AC7260 (7260HMW).


My Bios Version:  8AET65WW.

Is there a patch that will allow this?

About an year ago, I was helped by Sovem and friends in modding my T520 BIOS 1.44 to whitelist the Intel 7260. I forgot about it and just updated by BIOS to 1.45 (ver May 2015). The BIOS update was successful but the system would not boot with the Intel card in. It says "1802: unauthorized network card is plugged in - power off and remove the minipci network card (8086/08b1/8086/4070). System is halted."

When I remove the 7260 Intel Wifi card, the system works just fine. Any known fix or is there a mod for 1.45 out yet? Thank you
