Lenovo Y50-70 - pulsating/clicking fan problem

Hello,

First of all i want to apologize for my bad english

So i have a problem with my unlocked/modded Lenovo Y50-70. The big fan does some weird noises around 40C. It sounds like a ticking old clock inside the laptop.


This problem only appears on (i think) all Bios Versions < V2.01. I dont have this problem on V2.01. A few days ago, i bought a new wireless card. So it was necessary to flash a modded Bios Version, cause Lenovo integrated a white list in their Bios Versions. But to flash a modded bios version it´s necessary to do a downgrade on bios version v.1.14 and on this version i have the pulsating/clicking fan problem . I already tried to flash a modded v2.01 over a modded v1.14, but this doesnt really help. So my question is, whether there is an option in the advanced bios menu or something else i can do to fix the problem.

Please may I ask how you were able to flash the bios? I have the same laptop as you do. I have spent a few hours now trying to do it with no success. If you can link me to the instructions which you used I would be most grateful.

Then You will Downgrade to version 1.13 or 1.14 to Unlock Eeprom Chip
and reflash the Bios Mod I will upload here for You !

This is version 1.14 but You need the v.2.01 so Update your Bios and do result file again !

P.S. the v.1.14 is just a Backdoor to reflash the Bios Mod !

Anyone solved this problem? I had bios v3.03 in my lenovo y50-70 and after i modded the bios the fan sounds came back.


Edit.
I downgraded modded bios to 1.4 and updated to 3.03 from lenovo website, and the problem is gone. 
Is it because the modded version is 1.4? 
Is there any known solution?

I'm looking into how to Modify the EC memory by looking at DSDT ect. to control the fan speeds which could maybe help in that you could force your fans to go at a certain speed by default that doesn't make the click.

Thing is its really annoying, there are values that get assigned and never used ect.

I have to return my new intel 8625 which i received today. I will have to use rj45 cable or usb wlan adapter.
I will still observe this topic so if someone solve this problem i will order again.
