MS-6577 v3.26
#11
I haven't modified Award as too old and too cycled operations !
If do You want to make It's easy using two tools present on Bios-Mods site !
ModBin 6.2.04 and AWDBEdit-10_b_bin 1.0 :

https://www.bios-mods.com/tools/index.ph...or+v1.0%2F

https://www.bios-mods.com/tools/index.ph...2.04.03%2F

Il Bios v.3.26 You can download here :

http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?os=228&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&sw_lang=&product=314147#N1976

http://rghost.net/8lkkDqbzH

When You get your Bios Mod (set all option into Setup to Normal using X (space-bar) )
then prepare a Boot-CD :

Bios boot CD : http://www.bootdisk.com/popfiles.htm

BIOS Boot Bart’s Way : http://www.nu2.nu/bootcd/#whatis

Flashing Award BIOS : http://www.lejabeach.com/Guide/awardbios.html

Putting into It the Award.exe flasher and Bios Mod file (extracted and
modified from sp35101.exe, You can extract all using WinRar 5.20 or above)

AWARD.EXE :

https://www.wimsbios.com/awardflasher.jsp

Then last thing prepare an autoexec with this comand (or execute manually) :

awdflash bios.rom /f /py /sn

Let me know
Regards

here's an update
i used winflash to update the bios with the file you provided on the ms-6577
it flashed successfully and the system boots fine but theres a problem
i see no unlocked features or options at all under any of the bios menus
am i missing something?

Yes It's only Sliced file !
To unlock Menu Tabs You have to use ModBin

i modded the bios file with modbin
i had to rename the file extension to open the file with modbin though

does this rom slice allow you to enable settings for multiplier or frequency?
i have a cpu running at 1.5 that should be running at 3.0
i could fix this with the multiplier, frequency options

it looks like many settings are already enabled though when i load the rom in modbin
so i dont know
confirm?
