Hi, perhaps this is best for Andy P?
Had some success patching BIOS’s to 2.1 using your excellent tools - so well error checked!
I am looking to explore Windows 98 SE MS-DOS again (as Fat32/big drives) in order to relive some old games. For this I’ve bought OPL2LPT which is a gadget that gives Adlib sound using a Parallel Port.
http://www.serdashop.com/OPL2LPT
However, DOS looks for sound at 388 and Parallel default is 378.
So you need a driver to move 378 to 388 or patch the game. So this limits the choice...
So could someone make a tool to patch a BIOS to use 388. Such as a spare like 278, 3BC?

Or PM me and maybe can arrange to patch my mods?
The Mole
Apparently, Compaq LTE 486/75 is the BEST MS-DOS notebook.
A Parallel 388 BIOS for this would be worthwhile...
