I am looking to get one of these newer laptop's BIOS unlocked, wanting to unlock everything, possibly unlocking off-set core voltage if possible

For use off-set core voltage, you can use Intel XTU utility.

For use off-set core voltage, you can use Intel XTU utility.

I am currently using Intel's XTU, it is a useful tool however it reverts all my applied settings to default and it is quite a hassle to have to apply the changes after every restart

It would be much better to have the BIOS unlocked in my opinion!
