I am looking to update the bios in the following board and wonder how i would go about this, any help would be welcomed please.

I have added an image of my bios (please see attachment)

I would like to be able to overclock my cpu, which currently i cannot due to the locking of bios that HP maintains, in order to protect themselves so they say from false allegations, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am assuming that if i just update the bios i would overwrite the existing locks ?
