Mitac 8615 R1.08 HP 2.1 SLIC
#1
Hello guys ,
who can mod this BIOS with 2.1 Slic for Windows 7.
it is a "ONE 8615 GTK" notebook with Phoenix Bios.
I think it is Identical to ”Mitac 8615” notebook with the same motherboard.
here is the original BIOS backup with RW-File, made with winphlash.
It was a bak file, I have renamed to wph.
http://rapidshare.com/files/329349512/Bi...5.rar.html
please guide for the parameters.

Thanks in advanceBlush

I hate to break it to you but you cannot use a backup of your bios and expect us to modify it and then have you flash it....IT WILL NOT WORK..

The reason of it not working is it is impossible to back up a bios with the EEEPROM platform elements in tack.....these elements are needed for you to flash your bios and you will need an EEPROM writer to make it work and those writers are around $10,000.00 USA.....

Sorry but we need an untouched bios directly from your computer board manufacturer website or at least a previous modified version of your bios which is not a back up of it.

Here you go , i used HP 2.1 SLIC + Certificate Included:-

1. Copy and paste ******.XRM-MS certificate file into C-Drive.

2. After pasting this file into C-Drive, go to START - ALL PROGRAMS - ACCESSORIES - COMMAND PROMPT. Right click on Command Prompt and RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR.

3. When Command Prompt opens, type at the prompt: slmgr.vbs -ilc c:\********.xrm-ms and hit the Enter Button. Wait for the Script Host to answer you with a message that the license was installed successfully....this could take a few minutes and so be patient.

4. After receiving the message that the license was installed successfully, type at the command prompt:

slmgr.vbs -ipk *****-*****-*****-*****-***** (Replace with any OEM SLP Product Key for your installed version of Windows 7 , they are not hard to find).Be Patient and wait for the message to say that the Product Key was sucessfully installed. After it says successfully installed, reboot the computer.

5. When you are back at your desktop, go to START - COMPUTER - right click on Computer and choose PROPERTIES and see if it is activated with an OEM product ID.
