No Option to Overclock (Motherboard)

There is apparently something called Modified Bios Roms that will allow you a option in the Bios to overclock your CPU. If anyone knows or could send me some information on how i can do this, i will appreciate it.
First of all my motherboard is a:
Foxconn G31MX Series (Socket 775)
And my CPU is a: Intel Core 2 Quad 6600 (2.40ghz)
