No bios menu

I flashed the sp55430/ F.48 whitelist removed. The new WiFi card works. On boot, I can't get the bios menu. I need to boot to USB.
Any ideas?

No, I didn't change any settings. I flashed the nwl bios. Here is what I get when I press F10.

Can You remove HD internal and going into Bios ?

I removed the hard drive. It still wouldn't go to bios. It had a message saying to install a bootable device. I put in UBCD and ran CMOS wipe.
Now I have access to bios and menu to change boot device.
