Boot in Windows (or Live DVD/USB) and run RWEverything. Try portable version.
Press Memory Dump button, press button with address, enter start address fe010000, press OK and make a screenshot.

It's rather strange - all registers PRx are zero.
Please create bootable USB drive with UEFI Shell & CHIPSEC - https://github.com/chipsec/chipsec/wiki/...UEFI-Shell
And run:
cd chipsec
python chipsec_main.py -m common.bios_wp

Still trying to figure out how to create a usb drive with uefi shell and chipsec

Sleinous (from win-raid.com) helped me with CHIPSEC information.
So SMM BIOS Write Protection is activated. You need to disable it by the service jumper on your motherboard - https://www.win-raid.com/t6466f47-Help-a...#msg112806

Nice news - https://www.win-raid.com/t6466f47-Help-a...#msg113077
1. Set Service Mode jumper.
2. Download Intel CSME System Tools v12 r38 and extract fptw64.exe from it (go to \Flash Programming Tool\WIN64).
3. Download and unpack my mod.
4. Run in the command line with administrative rights:
fptw64 -a 0x1D20000 -l 0xF0000 -f ucode_2020_04.bin

Warning!
BIOS blocks using all CPUs with stepping P0 (CPUID=0x906EC).

Bug
Hi DeathBringer,

Thank you for all the great info and research on how to update the microcode for a Dell 7060 to support 9th gen CPUs. A lot of what I found online uses tools and files no longer available so I am trying to use the latest 7060 and 7070 bios from Dell to update the 7060 as I mentioned. I used MMTool to extract the CPU patch for CPU ID 06ED and add that patch to the 7060. But I have no idea if this is the proper way to tdo this nor how to burn this updated BIN file on my 7060. Any input on this would be awesome and much appreciated. I attached the extracted BIN files I got using Dell_PFS_Extract.py and the extracted CPU patch I got using MMTool.

Thank you!
