Which menu tabs do you see in bios? Tell me how many and ennumerate them please. or post screenshots. Also tell me what do you expect to be unlocked.

Hi i have a HP DV6-3177LA and i'm using the same bios "Insyde F.27".

I need a menu to deactivate one of the video chips because this laptop has hybrid graphics (ATI 4200 HD + ATI 5650) and i'm having troubles running GNU/Linux with that specs. I don't even know if it's possible to do this at BIOS level :S

Any news about this thread?

I forgot this thread, sorry once more. I see something strange, i can't see the "Language" item in the System Configuration tab of sp52619 and yes in the photos you have uploaded, are you sure your bios updater is sp52619?

Flashed fine, and the menus I needed showed up, about to burn my copy of XP and try booting in IDE mode. But so far so good, geek up the awesome work.

EDIT:
Well it hangs on save and exit but it doesn't brick it.
