This is a strange bios , we can view the modules using CBROM but cant get the thing open in MODBIN :S

How about the last non-Beta from ASUS? Ver. 1007 - It's attached to this message.

sorry still no go , i can extract the files out of it but not view it with any version of modbin to change options(even the older one for award v4.5 bioses!)

Please flash the latest bios you want and then run this:-

It will generate a bios backup file , please post us this and we can see if we can work with that file instead

Were you asking me? I think there is an option to specify the size of output file in the Universal Bios Backup program 1234s282 posted in this thread. I can try to change the output to 128KB instead of the default 256KB

No the default is the one we have to try to use, I was jsut asking 1234s282 if he used CBROM to verify the version of the BIOS. I will try to upload an output oof the BIOS menu reconstructed manually and see if i can't get this o open up at all.
