Prestigio pmp880td battery upgrade

Hello! 
I got Prestigio Multipad Visconte Quad PMP880TD tablet, runing on Z3735G Bay Trail cpu, and it has dead battery. 

Not thinking long time, i solder my powerbank, directly in place of battery (via protection board, of course).

Now it snows:
Design capacity: 17913mWh (4458mAh)
Full charge capacity: 37667mWh (9377mAh)
Manifacturer: Intel SR 1
Serial number: 123456789


Can anyone change Design capacity? ))
Where it is stored??
