R400 - Enable Intel VT-D

Hi I have Lenovo thinkpad R400 7443, and need to have Intel VT-D option enabled to run virtualization. This laptop had by default that option available but they disabled it in some newest bioses and I dont know In which one that option was enabled to get it back, also I would like to have it enabled on newest bioses simply because new bios have some major fixes.
