RC415ST-TM: Support of 45-nm CPU

Here's my mainboard tab from cpu-z.     

This BIOS improperly initialises 45-nm CPU. Also attached is the unmodded dump of my bios.

This BIOS hasn't support for 45-nm CPUs. I'll try to fix it.
Do Load Defaults in BIOS.
Then make and attach TXT report of CPU-Z.

Try to change CPU multiplier by ThrottleStop and test with CPU-Z bench.

Yes. But try again with x12, not x12,5

Did you disable SpeedStep(EIST) in BIOS?
Please enable it and try again.

I have enabled EIST and have set it to Automatic. This shows:
