Can anyone help me? I need to open advance menu to disable Intel integrated graphics. I need to activate ONLY my discrete videocard AMD/ATI Radeon 6470M, it's possible?

It bricked my laptop, and restart after caps lock led blinks 1 time.  Also donavan's recovery method can not applied. According to hp led blinking table (Link) , CPU is not functional. Is there any method to recover my laptop?
