Did you do Load Defaults in BIOS? Is PSU connected to laptop?

Boot with Windows Live DVD/USB make screenshots of ThrottleStop: main window, TPL & TRL.

1. Take USB stick and format to FAT32
2. Create directory structure EFI\Boot
3. Download and unzip bootx64.7z
4. Put BOOTX64.EFI to Boot directory.
5. Boot from this USB stick
6. Run command: setup_var 0x19F
7. Make and post a photo of the screen.

Hi after I run command setup_var 0x19F, the keyboard is not detected, i have to use external keyboard, please help !

Update: I plug out the adapter and using only battery, it detected the keyboard.
In ThrottleStop there is option Disable Turbo, I unchecked it and open HWmointor, the frequently is now can get to 3192MHz
