Hmm, we can flash mod in REcovery Mode only!
I just sent you your mod-recovery file!
Prepare USB stick, format it to FAT32 and put sended file.

Follow this Recovery instruction:
1-Power off laptop and dettach AC adapter and battery.
2.Insert prepared USB stick with mod to USB port (please check that it is not USB 3.0)
3.Press and hold on keys Esc+Fn (keep it until 6th step)
4.Press Power button.
5.After 10-15 sec you may hold off keys Esc+Fn
6.System will boot from Usb stick
7.The Recovery procedure take 3-5 mins and active with black screen.
8.Wait until USB stick stop flashing and then after 1 min laptop turn off automatically.
9.Turn on laptop and check new bios.

Try all three versions FD, Rom and BIN. Copy this three files to USB recovery stick.Another user flashed mod successfully via Recovey procedure.
Please check that USB stick flashing when Recovery procedure begin.

Hm, this recovery Procedure helped another user Stanislav to flash mod and get unlocked Tabs.
Did you tried another combintation of keys?
I have two news for you. One is bad, second is good.
Good new is my mod correct, after flashing you get unlocked tabs.
Bad new is you are failed to flash mod via Recovery Procedure.So only HW SPI Programmer ca do this job!
