1. format usb-stick no-system, FAT32 !!!! usb-stick old, 0.5-2 Gb
2. copy V5WE2X64.FD to usb-stick
3. Turn off the laptop, unplug the power adapter (removing the battery is not necessary), connect the USB Flash-drive with an image file to restore to the USB-port (recommend using 2.0).
4. Press the "Fn" and not releasing it, press the "Esc" key.
5. Then, hold both of these keys, plug in your laptop power adapter included with the network. "Power" button should flash.
Press the "Power" button, and when the notebook is turned on, release it, the keys "Fn" and "Esc" hold for 5-10 seconds more.
6. Wait for the completion of the recovery procedure. It takes about 3-7 minutes, maybe a little more. On it you will show off a laptop.

First, you need decapsulated bios image to allow flashing process in Recovery mode.Bios image from official site is encapsulated.
Second, i see your bios is working good but OS not found.
Try recover system or install new.
