Hi friend,  
I did all from your instructions. 
After pressing power button usb stick LED blink 2-3 second, speaker beeping  
3 times, and laptop reboot. No changes happened.  
Am i doing anything wrong?

when Bios is been updated manualy after manufacturer setting, It will Write Protect Eeprom so Recovery Mode will be not working ! 
Use this tool and run as Administrator, You'll get a resut file then upload It here :

It gave to me a bios backup to mod and your Eeprom Status, so We can try to reflash using Intel FPT from USB Dos Stick !
