[REQUEST] Acer Aspire E5-553(G) BIOS Unlock

Hello friends,

I am completely new to both this forum and BIOS modifications, please excuse my naivety . 

I wish to enable AMD-V on ACER ASPIRE E-15 E5-553G-T9VU which is disabled by the vendor. There is no option to enable AMD-V on this machine's BIOS. 

I need AMD-V for university projects. 

Can anyone please guide me in this issue. I read the posts in this thread but they are of -1786 and my machine is -T9VU, are both of these same?
I think i'll need the steps from scratch.

Looking at the picture, I can see my vars file has the 000000E0 line, under setup. Does that mean that I change that 2nd the last "00" to "01" and save it with the H2OUVE tool?



Or is my bios different and requires something else.

Well I figured it out by reasearching. Tried it myself and got the amd v to work, but  Do you need to drop $$$ for help or something. Because I have research but don't have confirmation that the entire bios can be unlocked. It seems like it can but, what do I need to do.

Hi everyone,
I am trying to run memuplay on an Acer aspire E5-553G which could be enhanced by VT-x. However, the advance option is not available in setup utility. Could someone please help me enable the VT-x/ amd v so I can check out if it the virtual machine can run faster.

The device is running windows 10 pro
supports VT-x/AMD v

Thank you for the response and the vars_mod.txt file
... followed instructions about loading modded vars.txt
using Win 10.. PowerShell as admin..
rebooted about 3 times to both Wind0lt & Linux
no new options available in BIOS,
no VT-X enabled
there were a bunch of failed loads.
