SVM stands for secure virtual machine.
It is useful if you have an AMD processor capable of virtualization.
SMM
System Managementmode (SMM) is a relatively obscure mode on Intel processors
used for low-level hardware control
So from v.1.13 to v.1.31 it was there, then if it will not works for you, then it's better to buy an SPI PGM (Ch341a) with Pomona Clip and
modify the bios to unlock all (AMD CPU only) ...
About the BIOS table McClarke , it is the EFI IFR txt extracted from the SetupUtility Module (UEFI Tool CodeRush tool can make this + Universal IFR Extrcator
Donvan6k tool for IFR), then you have to find the NVRAM Variables to modify , so you need to know what to looking for
This is the GUID to find to modiify the Variables above (vars.txt is a list / table) :
[031] "Setup"
GUID: A04A27F4-DF00-4D42-B552-39511302113D
