I have a problem in which my screen clears for a few seconds, when this happens the sound of windows from when you disconnect a flash drive. I tried to solve the problem in several ways, I ended up getting a solution when I disabled the intel graphics driver, but doing so would get my external video card out of order. I want to put the nvidia board as the main one in the bios and disable the one in intel, and see if I can solve the problem. I need to unlock the advanced bios options on my notebook to be able to do this, but I am not aware of it.

Hi ,
i am trying to unlock my ACER E5-571G's Advanced Bios Menu. i stumbled upon this solution gave by Vinman in the discussion, which made sense and was tested by many people.

The problem is that i did all the steps mentionned to the letter. I got to change the value of 0X21bwith sudo ghex, and i saved.
But when i restart the computer, the value of 0x21b gets restored to its original state (ie : 00) . i dont know how to make the changes permanent.

On the other hand , i ran the tool and here are my RESULTS.rar . 

I'm feeling helpless . please help .
