Is the results backup “InsydeCorp.-V1.15.rom” the BIOS ROM with advanced options for flashing?

If not, Is it possible to unlock the advanced menu?

My laptop is a:
Aspire E 15 - E5 551G F11E
AMD FX 7500 - AMD Radeon R7 - M265 - 2 GB VRAM
8 GB DDR3 L Memory
