my Predator ph315-52 i5 9th partially dead multiple  windows bsods even live cds hangs  may be chipset maybe cpu or gpu  
I want to open the advanced menu with Ru.efi icant find the  correct offset 
my bios version is 1.12 with insydeh20 v5
i dont have programmer i can only run with efi commands 

please give me the correct offset to open this Advanced menu or any premodded bios to reflash from efi

First time on site so please excuse me for lack of knowledge
- Motherboard / Laptop Model: [ph315-52 predatorhelios300, gtx1660ti i7-9750h]
- Current BIOS Version: [Insyde Corp. V1.12 28/07/2020]

- Intel ME Firmware Version: [12.0 Build 1433 Hot fix 40]

- What I want unlocked: voltage control, xtu control, not sure about the exact terms but total control over my cpu on throttlestop due to constant prochot.

Sorry for prodding but, if someone does give any help, was the specific platform menu structure successfuly unlocked on this exact motherboard model before? sorry but i'd just like to know all the risks and thank you.
