[REQUEST] Casper Excalibur G900 BIOS

Hello friends. This is my first thread. I'm not even sure I'm posting in the right section. Sorry for this.
Firstly I have RTX2060 mobile. My graphics card's temperature limit shows as 87°C in GPU-Z even ASUS Tweak. But thermal throttling happens at 75°C. Even though I flashed different vBIOSs, it doesn't change, even drops to 70°C. I think the problem is from my main BIOS. The brand is a local product. How can I change this temperature limit value? Is there a setting for this in the BIOS? Because there is no solution I haven't tried.

BIOS: InsydeH20 Rev. 5.0
They send me BIOS as an exe file for the update. They don't provide BIOS support from their website. I barely took with mail.
