Hello, friend!
Can you post some screenshots of your Bios menu?
As BDMaster said in this Bios here is one Tab only.
I found hidden options here and they may be shown if suppressing conditions removed only.
Your one tab contains almost all standart tabs of Insyde Bios's menus.
For example, chipset/boot/peripheral/video/usb/configurations are hidden in Security selectable menu.
You must choose what are hidden options you want to see in BIOS.
Some unhidden options can brick your laptop if you choose bad values, remember it!
BDMaster said you have one tab only but more options are hidden in it!
All unlocking takes many time so think what options do you want to see.
And then I will try to unlock it.

I have HP g7064er notebook with InsydeH2O bios f.35 with the next menu in setup utility:
