[REQUEST] Dell Inspiron 11-3162 BIOS Fully Unlock

Hi, I have a Dell Inspiron 11-3162 with BIOS UEFI, I'm trying to install Windows 7 32 bit, but can't install it, always fails to the installation. With Windows 10 64bit runs very slowly, because there is only 2GB ram. Can you modify the BIOS and unlock it fully ?

It's reading only up to 6656kb, if you want I have EZP2013 programmer and i can read it fully ?

Its natural that it's reading only 6MB because that's enough to make all the necessary changes to unlock.
If you will read BIOS with the programmer, it will eliminate the need to remove protection for flashing a BIOS mod in Windows. So, please do this.

The bios is write protected, i can only write it with the EZP2013 programmer
