Sayoiam describes basically my situation. Not my machine, a friends machine. Best I know, It happened shortly after Dell Said The Machine needed a Bios Upgrade Not Long After An Upgrade to Windows 10 (Not From Dell). Single beep (Constant about 1.5 seconds apart). All attempts at Keyboard shortcuts fail. HDD Good, CD/DVD Rom Good, Memory Good, Battery Won't Charge. Holding end Key while applying power does not see USB to Flash Bios (I Must Have The Wrong file(s) ).  Any Help Here? BTW, Machine, NO Workie, Can't use tools on a NO Workie Machine. If You have tools that do, Please say so. Thank You.
