		Ok now We have Bios Backup and Offst where is the table 0x0E064 :

"I changed my table to: 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01, enabling every menu. I saved this file as setup_mod.bin"
 
So now We have to know how tabs are active in your Bios SetupUtility, can You upload a Screen Shot of It ? 
We can try modifing this bytes sequence as wrote here : 
 
Time to put things together again. Go back to UEFITool and right-click the PE32 image section for Setup, select "Replace body.." and use setup_mod.bin as the file. Go to File/Save Image File and save your modded BIOS.
 
I have to flash my image on the administrator commandline using afuwinx64 bios_mod.rom /GAN .. Otherwise it gives me a security error (Thanks again CodeRush)

There is not a Recoery Bios possibility so if something goes wrong It will have to go to Sevice, I don't think It's much Dangerous but You're in Luck ? 
 
Here is your Bios Mod rename It as bios_mod.rom anc opy It into AfuWinx64 folder :

You have to flash It opening a Comand Prompt as administrator and at commandline run this :

Or use Windows version.

		Hello guys, I have the same problem with you, andreluisos. I'm trying to install Mac OSX on my laptop (also Dell Inspiron 3421) but I can't enable graphics card because of the locked VRAM. God saved my life when I found this thread, so I want to know if this mod-bios has worked for your lap. I'm absolutely a newbie on the unlocking of BIOS, thus are there any chances for me???
