[REQUEST] Dell Inspiron 5559 BIOS Unlock

Can someone please unlock and modify dell bios latest 1.7.0, i recently updated memory from stock hynix 1600mhz 8gb ram to hyperx 16gb 2133 but in cpuz it still reads only 1600mhz, and also to increase dvmt preallocated memory to 512mb so intel hd520 graphics works well in my hackintosh, i am entirely new to this and if someone can point me on how to flash the unlocked bios if my laptop allows it, thank you, link below for the rom.
