[REQUEST] Fujitsu Lifebook E744 vPro Bios Unlock

Hi, I have a Fujitsu Lifebook E744 with i5-4310M onboard. I was wondering if there is a possibility to unlock voltage control of CPU (Core and Cache) and GPU (also ratio multiplier) for undervolting purpose (and other hidden things if they exist) in Phoenix v1.35 Bios dedicated for this notebook.
