Hello, I need to unlock my BIOS to undervolt and try to get rid of EDP/current throttle by accessing most of the cpu and gpu settings

Model: Aorus 5 SE4
Specification: I7-12700H 16GB RAM
RTX3070 (mobile)

In universal bios backup toolkit , I get "the bios is not identified". and in fpt program I get this error : "Error 201: [FPTw64.exe] cannot be run on the current platform.Please contact your vendor.". My ME version is 16.0.15.1620. What can I do about it? Thank you.

I would like some help either unlocking my own BIOS or possibly having someone unlock them for me. I have spent weeks now, trying to dump my own BIOS but haven't been able to. I've tried UEFI Tools, FPT, and also Backup_Tools20Y but every time I run backup tools my laptop crashes and I have to do a hard restart by pressing and holding the power button. I have never had such a hard time dumping BIOS on any other laptop. I would like to be able to modify BD_PROCHOT from 90c to 100c (as is standard for this Intel CPU) as well as enable XMP profiles, among other advanced BIOS settings that are completely absent from the current BIOS. I know that undervolting support on 12th and 13th Gen Intel "H" CPU's has been locked but I would like to unlock more settings than currently given seeing as how the current BIOS has absolutely nothing available to change. 

I saw another user post a BIOS unlock request for this same laptop about 2 months ago but they never replied after being asked to dump their BIOS so I'm not sure if fully unlocking the BIOS is possible or if that person just gave up or something. 

I would greatly appreciate any help in unlocking the full BIOS for my laptop, please and thank you!

I've got the same exact computer and for the same exact reason I've been trying for so long to get Advanced Settings unlocked for XMP among other things potentially, which are of course all locked away by the manufacturer... I've been on a wild ride trying to get all these tools and being hit with errors like "Error 284: Fail to load driver (PCI access for Windows). Tool needs to run with an administrator priviledge account." (FPTW64) and "Install Driver Fail! Please Run As Administrator!" (Universal BIOS Backup ToolKit V2.0) and from BACKUP_Tools12_2 (only version I could find) a number of crazy errors like "Driver cannot be loaded, re-install the program may fix the issue." and "Access violation at address 00684E8D in module 'Rw.exe'. Read of address 00000000.", but after trying so many different versions of FPT, this version fixed the problem and successfully dumped the bios!!! I'm so happy   I don't know why things have to be so discreet here so let me know if I'm allowed to link to the files here for the other guy who was also trying to do it and anyone else searching. I know from experience just how hard it is to go down this rabbit hole just to get hands on these tools. But whenever someone asks you where to find them, there's never been a response, so I wonder if we're prohibited from sharing the software or something? 

Anyway, I have (finally) attached my BIOS dump here. I would be extremely grateful beyond words if you could get the advanced settings unlocked for me. Thank you so much... my RAM is running at apparently 1300 MHz (2600 MHz?) when it's capable of 3200 MHz   I can't wait to speed it up! Thanks

Edit: Oh and one more question, what do you recommend for flashing the mod when you send it? Should I use a specific tool, FPT again? Let me know, thanks
