Can anyone unlock the advanced option for me?

Or at least help me with flashing modded one, as I've tried to mod one, which is attached,  but I don't know how to flash it.

Hey team,

I am trying to unlock the Overclocking and ECC memory support in the bios, but failing to flash due to RSA .sig file.
Any other ways to do it? Can't seem to find up to date info.
