I want to flash modded BIOS to use 64bit lubuntu on this computer (with Atom N2600)...

I have the HP Mini 200-4202sa. Summary: Tried 21312 - it did not work for me - it Bricked BIOS. The HP_TOOLS USB stick (from sp60844.exe) is never detected with Windows+C/V and 2 second PWR button. Details: Wouldn't re-flash 8, so changed file iscflash.dll at address 00028A66 from 0x75 to 0xEB, to permit downgrade. For repair, tried in line programming clip to SPI interface on RPi. But not recognised by flashrom, so seems it needs capacitors cut. Too much effort for me, have binned computer. Bios Chip is 25L1606E (3 Volt to chip and RPi Pin)
